Videojuegos y conocimiento intuitivo: la potencialidad de Portal para aprender física

Resumen

Diversas investigaciones en los últimos veinte años dan cuenta del potencial de los videojuegos como recurso para enseñar física. Sin embargo, la investigación con base teórica sobre el aprendizaje mediado por videojuegos se halla aún en desarrollo incipiente. Este trabajo presenta el análisis de entrevistas realizadas a estudiantes de primer año de ingeniería luego de jugar con el videojuego Portal. Tomando como lente teórica el modelo de conocimiento en piezas (diSessa, 1993) se observa que los estudiantes apelan a elementos de conocimiento intuitivo de física para resolver situaciones en el contexto de juego. Los resultados de este trabajo se proponen como aporte a la investigación sobre videojuegos en relación al proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje de la física.
