Abstract

In the framework of a university course called Introduction to Science Teaching, students of the Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science Professor degrees study the Theory of Meaningful Learning (TAS) and make conceptual maps related to this theory. Each student made a series of maps on TAS based on texts provided by the course that were covered in class. At the end of the course, a final summary version was requested. The analysis of the maps shows that students were able to establish meaningful relationships between TAS concepts and the usefulness of this tool for sharing meanings in the classroom is evident.
